How much does a professional headshot session cost?

My studio headshot packages start at $500. The starting package includes a 30-minute session, one look, posing and expression guidance, image review during your session and two retouched digital images with variations. You are more than welcome to purchase additional images.

What should I wear?

Choose clothing that fits well and suits the way you want to appear professionally. A blouse, shirt or simple top with an optional jacket is a good starting point. Consider the neckline, the fit through your shoulders and the colors you enjoy wearing. We can discuss your wardrobe during the consultation.

Can you help me if I feel awkward in photographs?

Yes. You do not need to know how to pose. I will guide your posture, hands, chin and expression throughout the session, with small adjustments to help you feel comfortable.

Is professional hair and makeup available?

Yes. Hair and makeup can be added to your headshot package for $250. Let me know during your consultation if you would like to include it.

Are the final photographs retouched?

The starting package includes two professionally retouched digital images. We will discuss your preferences so your finished headshot feels polished and recognizable.

Where does the session take place?

Individual headshot sessions take place by appointment in my private San Francisco loft studio. We will go over the details of your visit when we plan your session.

Can I use the photographs for LinkedIn and my website?

Yes. Let me know where you intend to use your headshots so we can consider the framing and expression during the session.
