5, 4, 3, 2, 1…Go With Allison Tibbs
“The greatest gift you can give yourself, your family and to this world, is a healthy and happy you,” says Allison Tibbs. Allison Tibbs is a certified personal trainer, healthy lifestyle coach, as well as an international speaker and best selling author. It is safe to say she is inspiring to say the least.
Allison and I recently were able to have a full shooting day together for some personal branding, social media content, headshots, and more. A long day with a client can sometimes become tiresome, but Allison’s energy radiates off her. We left the shoot with gorgeous shots that Allison will be able to use for many of her endeavors to come.
Some more background on Allison: Allison’s passion lies in helping individuals move better, feel better, and live a better quality of life. She has trained many incredible individuals around the country and internationally, ranging from corporate executives to performing artists.
With her multiple certifications in fitness and nutrition, in addition to her extensive education, and her positive outlook on living a healthy lifestyle, Allison gives all her clients that individualized experience and tips they need in order to succeed. She has co-authored over a dozen books, including “Mastering the Art of Success” with Les Brown and Jack Canfield, and is the creator of “The Clean Eating Guide”.
Allison’s mantra is a simple, but powerful, “5, 4, 3, 2, 1…Go!” In those five seconds, she mentally prepares what is needed in order to achieve her goal and quiet any fear standing her way. Working with individuals like Allison, make you want to be “better”. They leave you with energy to take on your fears headfirst and is that not exactly what you would desire in a fitness trainer?
Allison and I decided on some fun outdoor shots including a local track for most of her fitness shots. We focused in different types of exercises she herself does and also plans for her clients. For instance, we made sure to add in some kettlebell shots since she is certified in this exercise.
After shooting outside, we continued our time together at my studio. We made sure to do a few outfit changes here for some more formal headshots in addition to some lifestyle shots. We finished out with some more fitness images. Allison and I have plans for more amazing shoots in the future!
